We the undersigned citizens of the United
States as registered voters by our signatures herewith,
request the honorable members of the 108TH United States
Congress to order a Grand Jury to investigate the wrongdoing
and cover-up of the corrupt public contracting at the Malibu
Pier in Malibu California.
While governmental officials involved in corruption with
private industry for personal gain is not new, we recognize
that as Americans we have a duty to protect our country's
tax dollars and resources from fraud which is causing an
unfair and illegal burden on all Americans. Therefore, we
as American citizens hereby request a full and complete
Grand Jury investigation, and for Congress to order the
United States Department of Justice to bring suit against
all parties in violation of the laws of the United States.
The Fourteenth Amendment to our U.S. Constitution provides
Congress with the power to order such a suit, and as such
we feel that Congress must take this action to stop the
malfeasance, graft, collusion and wide-spread fraud that
saps this country of hundreds of billions of dollars every
year that instead could and should be spent on feeding our
American children.
