Dear President Bush,
I am
writing to you to notify you of the long going fraud that
is associated with the Malibu Pier project and the surrounding
area. I had notified President Clinton and several Congressman
and Senators including Governor Gray Davis and State Attorney
General Bill Lockyer.
As
of this date no meaningful investigation has been conducted
with regard to the State of California's cover up of its
wide scale fraud with several private corporations, corruption
involving Los Angeles County Court fraud which includes
falsification of reporters transcripts, changing court minute
orders months later, court collusion with past L.A. County
Bar president and past employee of the office of the state
attorney general.
The
State agencies which include Department of Parks and Recreation,
Department of General Services, Contractors State License
Board, and Cal Osha have all knowingly produced and received
falsified documents in it's effort to cover up this wide
scale fraud. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department
has also been involved with filing false police reports,
falsifying documentary evidence, and altering an audiotape
that belonged to myself that was booked into "evidence".
I was
told at a Home Depot in Hollywood California on or about
January 24, 2002 at 4.30 p.m. by long time state employee
Joe Bates who is an official for the water district at Castaic
Lake California that the State is well aware of it's long
standing fraud associated with the Malibu Pier and that
it will not allow any wrongdoing to be revealed, that it
is paying off as many people as possible to get releases
of any claims against the state and it is actually influencing
the media from not revealing all of the wide scale corruption.
I was
also contacted on May 20, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. by telephone
by Tim La France chief counsel for the Department of Parks
and Recreation that the subpoena that was served on him
to appear in Santa Monica Court on May 22, 2002. Mr. La
France also stated that a Motion to Quash was going to be
served and explained that revealing his memoranda to State
inspector Gary Stevens written in November of 1999 was going
to "bring down a lot of people" it read in part
,"are we ready to take the job over."
Thousands
of hours and documents have been produced to show the federal
government how the State of California and Los Angeles County
has flagrantly been cheating the people of the United States
and how the Los Angeles County Court, District Attorney,
Sheriff's Department and other private corporations have
made a mockery of our system of justice under the laws of
our constitution of our United States of America and as
a whistle blower under the False Claims Act initiated by
President Abraham Lincoln during the civil war to stop the
fraud of fake munitions to the United States. We as a country
have not seen this kind of resolve to fight tyranny since
World War II and I ask your assistance in assuring that
those that cheat will not be able to "walk out the
back door" and will face a jury trial in federal court.
